She was speaking not only for herself but her family-and she was
right, not neccesarily to stop morning but to start living again.
I'm confused. Are you watching this in some sort of on-demand
environment? My Tivo lists only "Pilot" on last Sunday, "A Damned
Shame" beginning 6/10, and "The Dark Road" beginning 6/17. The pilot
didn't have the scene described here.

It was in the pilot. It's a little over halfway through the episode, if I
recall correctly. It's at Longmire's cabin. She had let herself in and
made coffee and was holding the container with her mom's ashes.
It's not a long scene but she does talk about how she'd heard about his
truck accident and she's worried about him. She felt it was time he got
over mourning.
I rewatched the Tivo version I have and this is not there. There's a
scene of him looking at the ash/tea box on the shelf as he considers
making coffee in the morning, and it's on the front seat of his truck
at the very end as he's putting up the sign. There is no scene as you
describe. I watched it through twice.
The truck accident shows the truck skidding across the field, cut to
commercial, then they show it being righted by a tow truck as he talks
on a borrowed cell phone.
How can there be two pilots?
