"Flash Forward" !!!

I'm really beginning to like this series. I don't even mind them using
the old standard, but necessary, paradox of the black woman meeting or
at least noticing the kid she sees in her flash forward basically
BECAUSE of it. Am I reading that properly?

And have they addressed as yet why the woman who is upset that in her
vision she's with another man hasn't questioned whether her husband is
still alive or not in the future?
