It's not going to happen. Even factoring out the CW merger and the
Watchmen situation, Fox and Warner have quite a bit of animosity going
back to at least the Buffy/UPN situation and the Reba pay-or-play
situation.
Secondarily, three studios owning one network is patently ridonkulous
corporate structure. I'd sooner predict Sony/MGM buying out CBS's
half of The CW just because Sony/MGM doesn't have a share of any of
the broadcast networks and is thus largely shut out of landing new
shows on any of the Big Four. And I don't think that that scenario is
likely at all.
