He's the real thing and I'll never understand why people are so afraid
of him.
For me, the major issue is his (and the Dem's in general) stance on the
2nd Amendment.
No reason why Obama and the Dem's can't implement the moratorium
on home foreclosures, extended unemployment benefits and such while
strongly supporting American's right to keep and bear arms.
Beyond the anti-gun philosophy being fundamentally illogical, the Dem's
have long presented themselves as the "party of the common people"
and IMO if they truly came out in support of the 2nd Amendment,
they'd own the White House.
Unfortunately, Obama (like Hillary, Kerry, Gore, Clinton, ect) simply
spouts the party line when it comes to this issue, thus I'll be voting third
party in November.
