Review: mostly good, but then he promised to cut taxes. Just once I'd like
to hear one of these pandering politicians promise to keep taxes where they
are and keep cutting spending until they achieve a balance.

Well, Walter Mondale did promise to raise taxes. That didn't work out
so well for him....
