DOOL did use scab writers. A group of writers from DOOL are part of the WGA
action over apx. 10-11 weeks of compensation. AMC is the other soap in the WGA
action.

And, supposedly there was bragging about DOOL using its current HW as its scab
HW during the strike, too.
