From the name, and Ian's comment, I believe "Lucio" is the actress who
half-sister. He raved about her there, and it's no wonder he'd be upset
that she's now been replaced.
Shannyn Sossamon was of course the lovely lead in the movie
"40 Days and 40 Nights".
