I've never seen the ads either; maybe it is regional. I'm in

Sounds pretty silly (sort of like the company that made those
'FKCU' shirts that tried to pretend they weren't meant to
imply anything offensive), but I don't think it'd ever cause
me not to buy their food. I prefer it to McDonald's, and their
onion rings are pretty tasty!
I can't believe people stop eating food because of TV ads.
Would a Whopper taste any different if they changed the mascot.
People who let TV ads rule their lives are not too bright.
I hate the King but love his burgers.
To some people, the ad represents the attitude of the company
towards their customers. And a stupid ad implies that the company
looks down on their customers, and they'd rather not help a
company profit with that attitude.
Those people are putting *way* too much thought into things.
Not really. It's like going to see a Tom Cruise movie even though you
hate him. Why are you going? You're putting money in the pocket of
someone you dislike.
Unless he's a producer, he's already gotten his money before the movie
even opens. So you going or not going isn't gonna affect his bottom line
at all.
The same goes for visiting
estanblishments whose advertising practices you find offensive or that
obviously aren't trying to reach you as a consumer. Why do you want to
add to their profit if you hate it?
Maybe because I might think the food tastes good and I couldn't care
less about ads that I fast-forward through anyway?
I don't eat at Chik-Fil-A either. Findamentalist Christians wanting to
impose their ideals on every woman's right to choose. No friggin way!
Pity. They make some good buckin' chicken.
