Yep. But those people are not enough to keep the guide alive (it was
near-bankrupt). So why should TV guide care about them?

Better to revamp & revise the format to appeal to those with money,
rather than go dead.

By the way, internet access isn't that expensive. A free connection
can be had through netzero.com. And a computer for less than $200.
