CBS's schedule will be delayed by the speech also. "CSI" might start
after "24" ends.

CBS could just punt King of Queens and start everything else on time.
Unfortunately, their web site gives no indication of what they're doing
-- it doesn't even mention the speech.

ABC.com is confusing, it says 8pm is "Presidential Speech / Grey's
Anatomy". Does this mean the east coast is getting the speech and the
west coast gets a rerun of last night's episode? What is the east coast
doing for the 40 minutes after the speech -- pundits talking about the
speech?

NBC has it relatively easy, all they had to do was edit 20 minutes out
of the double-length Deal or No Deal.
