Shane went off the reservation in killing Lem. There's no other
logical reason for Vic and Ronnie to be waiting (and Vic with such
urgency) at the original meeting place for Lem and Shane. And take
another look at Shane's face right on the blackout when Vic vows to
find and kill whoever killed Lem -- it's a split-second hesitation of
"oh ***." Literally, blink and you'll miss it, it's that fast.

I haven't had a chance to watch the entire finale again, just the last
5 minutes.

I see what you mean about Shane's grimace. Yeah, I don't think he
would've reacted that way to Vic's comment if Vic helped plan Lem's
demise.

BTW, I received an email from SuperNews, and I remember now from
reading the explanation here (ages ago) that "TS" ng doesn't have a
proper control message. Guess I'll have to Google it.
