In a most politically correct whimper, the recent episode of Boston Legal
railed against the government.

A mild recitation of the abuse of "unalienable rights" by servant
government
was offset by the STERN recitation of "pay your taxes". I kept waiting for
the typical "tax protester" arguments to surface, but they didn't.

It was mildly amusing that the character known for rocking the boat, Allan
Shore, was more in line with "don't rock the boat". And the accused tax
evader stipulated that she wanted the U.S. to win the "War" in Iraq,
despite her embarrassment at what the government has done with "our" tax
contributions.

I think that he thought the case was unwinnable, which is how it turned out.

Sigh.

The weirdest twist is that "everything" the government did, even the
allegedly "unconstitutional" acts are authorized by our consent.

Too bad, the organs of entertainment propaganda dare not blurt that out
before millions of TV zombies.

What?!
You weren't aware that EVERYTHING the government does to you and your
property was by consent?

Goodness!

Read the Declaration of Independence (1776), wherein it states that
governments are instituted among men to (a) secure rights and (b) govern
BY
CONSENT.

Uhm, if this was a purely Democratic society where we got to vote on every
law and budget, you'd have a point. But in reality we are a Republic. We
elect Senators, Congresspeople, Presidents to create and pass bills and
budgets. It's by thier consent they do things. I did not give consent
towards the war. I didn't vote for the President. He wanted war, not me.
You can go on about how he's sworn to protect us, etc., but his actions
weren't to protect us. Intelligence was cherry picked to cite the reason
for war, but the intelligence that didn't support it was thrown out the
door.

Restating, government's job #1 is to help secure your rights, like the
rights to life, liberty and private property, euphemistically called
"pursuit of happiness". You may be unaware of that, but if you're not on
YOUR property, you need someone else's permission to pursue happiness.

The fact that gay marriage (rightr to persue happiness) is being squashed
shows that our gov'ts job isn't being done.

The audience in the 18th century understood that. Too bad, we no longer
do.

The audience back then didn't believe everyone had the right to vote, only
landowners. The audience back then believed that slaves had no rights. I'd
say we're a bit more enlightened now.

Why don't we know that private property, as defined IN LAW, is that which
is
ABSOLUTELY OWNED by an individual and SECURE from being taken for public
use.

The Supreme Court ruled it was a states issue.

I can just guess that someone is retorting : "What about EMINENT DOMAIN?"

D'Oh.

There hasn't been a "taking" of private property in the USA since 1935.
Real
Estate, as defined IN LAW, is that which is held by QUALIFIED OWNERSHIP
(not absolute), and NOT protected by the Bill of Rights.

Why did Americans register their private property as real estate?

Because they no longer have the status at law to absolutely own - by their
own consent.

"When did Americans consent to that?" You may be asking yourself.

When they voluntarily enrolled into national socialism (aka Social
Security).

Sounds like you're ranting since you don't even answer your own question.

Didn't you know that there is no law compelling participation nor
punishing
any American who chooses not to participate?
It's 100% voluntary.

Most American employers will not hire an American who does not have a
socialist insecurity number, because they were misinformed by stalwart
defenders of the "socialist" revolution.

Funny, but how do all those illegal immigrants work then?

Don't believe anything here, just trot over to your local county
courthouse
law library and VERIFY the following definitions for your own amusement.

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/NASP/message/29

"PRIVATE PROPERTY - As protected from being taken for public uses, is such
property as belongs absolutely to an individual, and of which he has the
exclusive right of disposition. Property of a specific, fixed and tangible
nature, capable of being in possession and transmitted to another, such as
houses, lands, and chattels."
- - - Black's Law dictionary, sixth ed., p.1217

"OWNERSHIP - ... Ownership of property is either absolute or qualified.
The
ownership of property is absolute when a single person has the absolute
dominion over it... The ownership is qualified when it is shared with one
or more persons, when the time of enjoyment is deferred or limited, or
when
the use is restricted. "
- - -Black's Law dictionary, sixth ed., p. 1106

Did you catch that?

Private property is absolutely owned by a single individual. Whenever two
or
more people have a claim on something, it ceases to be private property.

SOCIALISM - A political and economic theory advocating collective
ownership
of the means of production and control of distribution. It is based upon
the belief that all, while contributing to the good of the community, are
equally entitled to the care and protection which the community can
provide.
--- Webster's dictionary

If you're a card carrying, enumerated socialist, you have consented to a
political and economic system of COLLECTIVE OWNERSHIP.

No participant in national socialism has the RIGHT to absolutely own a
thing, including himself, his property, his labor or even his children.

So you own nothing. Is that what you are saying?

As you may have suspected, socialism and communism are both anathema to
capitalism, the private ownership of land, houses, and chattels. Folks, if
you were told that you're a capitalist in a capitalist country, you've
been
lied to.
Since 1935, the USA has been socialist. And every consenting adult, who
participates in national socialism, is not a capitalist. If you're a
socialist, you are no longer PRIVATE PROPERTY. That's why it is a crime to
attempt to kill yourself. You can't deprive the other claimants of you and
your "duties" to the State.

I don't see all those large corporations complaining. They must be all
socialist and get their working oreders from Uncel Sam. Right?

<rest of rant snipped>
