What if, as in this show, their sexual problems involve other healthcare
providers, in a way that may interfere with treatment? Weren't there
some episodes, expecially early on, when Meredith wasn't sure if she
could work with McDreamy because of their history? There were also some
occasions when the interns worried that he was showing favoritism to
her, which would likely impact patient care.

And if someone is obsessing about their love life, or slipping into a
linen closet for a quickie, when they should be trying to figure out
what's wrong with you -- is that good?
