--- Yeah, they're still soapy scams. And admittedly successful ones,
too - at having even fooled the Golden Globes and HFP into believing
that they're any good. I've seen too many scam shows to be so easily
bowled over by those two, Golden Globes or no Golden Globes, HFP or no
HFP, Emmys or no Emmys.
WQ Best Drama: Prison Break [fun to watch in a way Lost can never ever
hope of even just dreaming to be so, and without any of the
pseudo-mystery pretentions of the latter either]
WQ Best Comedy: Stacked [more laugh-eliciting jokes in one episode than
in an entire season's worth of DH, which, incidentally, is NOT a
comedy, regardless of how everyone in the industry is trying to fool
everyone watching the show into believing that it somehow is supposed
to be one, which alone defines another scam aspect of that show]
