The Other Super Bowl Commercial You Never Saw: Hertz II
Scene: Airport terminal with a few people sitting around waiting for
their flights.
Suddenly an older ex-pro ex-running back (in uniform), looking a lot
like a star player who used to play for the Bills in the 1970's, comes
running through the airport, knocking over seats here and there.
A couple seconds pass...
11 uniformed police officers are seen running onto the scene in hot
pursuit.
Outside: Running back gets in rental car and speeds off. Nearby, a
person waiting next to a white van with a placard and the name
"Simpson" on it shows signs of impatience and exasperation.
Final slogan
Hertz: When you absolutely need to get somewhere ... fast.
