"Kitchen Confidential" - Another FOX winner

A smart adult show with about a half-dozen interesting characters that
is kind of like "Jake in Progress" except actually funny. If quality =
success, or, at least these days, longevity, FOX should have a great
year, and, oddly just like at ABC, these shows were shepherded by an
exec who's no longer there.
