Your confusing the B&M "No more Late Fees" program with the Online
rental program.
THe former, if you keep a dvd for >30 days, you are charged the msrp
for it. if you subsequently bring it back, you are charged a
restocking fee.
The latter, Blockbuster will love you if you keep a movie for a very
long time as it cuts down on their shipping costs.
