The place wasn't simply burned.  There was an explosion, which caused
damage not just in the basement, but also on the main floor and on the
floor where Sharon's room was.  So that says potential structural
damage to me.  It's lunacy that the Club would be open and pristine
again so quickly, especially when you consider that it was months
before Brad's place was rehabilitated from a minor fire.

I actually remember thinking that brad's place was fixed pretty
quickly as well. I remember one day it was gonna be a while. And the
next day ashley decided to move in. And that seemed like more than a
minor fire.

I agree about the GCAC. I was shocked when i saw it open a few days
ago.
