I've been using Arm and Hammer whiteness booster -- it's a gel you use on your toothbrush, has double the peroxide of the strips, though of course it's not on your teeth as long. I take care to brush for a full two minutes with the stuff every night, and my teeth definitely look better. Easier than strips.
