Yes she is.

We always complain that Y&R is full of "baddies" who do not suffer the
consequences of their actions.  Phyllis is an exciting and volatile
woman, but she really took advantage of Nick's emotionally frozen
state post Cassie and I have always wanted it resolved in an"eye for
an eye" fashion, (although her teeth are nice too).

While I agree that this is the way it happened, Nick had already been
a multiple cheater by the time they got involved.  So, while Phyllis
was the bad guy, I don't see him as any kind of victim.  That said, I
never thought he was in love with Phyllis.  Maybe he loved her on some
level, but she always seemed like just a life line to him, one for
which he was grateful.  And she had so much life in her to spare and
such great sex! (I had to laugh when she asked if the sex was bad.
Umm, right.)  She had it right when she said she was just a
"psychiatrist with benefits" to him.

What another redhead decided to do about rejection:

Huh?  Vivien Leigh/Scarlet wasn't a redhead.  Did she dye her hair?
