Well I worshipped Marland's writing as much as the next person's but
that decision he disagreed with showed that even the great are very
very wrong at times..no? :)

If he didn't want to write a story about a man who rapes the object of
his obsession and she falls in love with him, then, no, I don't think
he was very wrong.
