My own idea about what *could* happen. No evidence.

I hadn't thought of that, but I do like the idea.

I've been wondering if the reason we've not seen who Adam's been talking
sweet nothings to on the phone is because his honey is a he. Could Y&R
possibly be going to show ATWT how to do the Nuke story right? If anyone
could, it would be Y&R. Unlike on ATWT, I imagine Y&R could rock with such a
story. Imagine how TGVN would have to grapple internally with having a gay
son. Then there is the entire extended family ~ Nikki, Nicholas, Victoria,
Phyllis. JT, Sharon, Noah, Jack. Their differing comfort levels would make
for compelling television, especially if the writers didn't just have
everybody shrug their shoulders in acceptance and carry on as usual. As much
as I despise homophobia, the drama therein and the dismantling of those
ideas would be educational and entertaining. Who knows, maybe Brad or Daniel
could find themselves surprisingly attracted to Adam as they get to know him
and have to examine their own sexual identities.

I've thought of this, too. But how do explain his seeming attraction
to -- and today's active fantasizing about -- Phyllis? And I like the
idea of Daniel's being gay more than any other existing character. We
never actually *saw* what he was looking at on those porn sites to
which he became addicted.
