I saw the movie - but I don't understand your point. Are you saying Reagan
caused AIDS????? In the early years of the disease (and I admittedly know
very little about it) I think it was misunderstood. Didn't people, at that
time, still wonder what caused it?

No, Reagan didn't *cause* AIDS. His government, however, not only
failed to do anything about finding a cure for that nasty gay disease,
they actually cut back money, hindering those who wanted to find a
cure. Many people died who didn't need to because Reagan wouldn't
spend money on a "gay" disease.

Read the book if you're really interested.
