That has to be one of the most overdone stories. I know soaps are an
exaggeration but if just one third of this happened in real life we would

You can't throw someone in jail for just being stupid. The ACLU would
have a field day, because then the millions of people who have Down
Syndrome and/or have suffered brain damage due to traumatic brain
injuries would all be in jail, too.
It doesn't really matter if you were being facetious or not. The point
is, you can't throw people in jail for simply being stupid. Thus,
Sharon is off the list now if in fact she hasn't killed anyone (or even
if she has and the state can't prove it).
I'm just sayin' is all...
