I'm telling you, the sudden switch was SO ODD.
The only explanation that makes sense is Barbara Bloom's credit on
that episode.
These sudden re-writes, which always seem to have Bloom credited,
suggest to me that Latham is in so much sh*t. Most charitably, she's
being "suited" to death. She killed Bardwell, Bloom mandated him
back. (That's from multiple press sources). She was forced to kill
Nicholas...then Bloom was credited on the fanciful (and well written)
episodes that brought him back. The Victoria coma/legal battle was
interminable...then IN A COMMERCIAL BREAK the story was rewritten--on
a day that Bloom was credited.
Latham is a puppet, even now before the strike. Maybe better said, a
lame duck.
Let's see how this goes forward, but it seems clear that Latham is
finished.
