We pretty much know that Alan is behind the Phillip is lurking nearby
scare for Olivia. Since this is Alans doing, I wonder if Olivia's
sudden heart condition and need for a transplant is also something
that Alan has set up to get his hands on Emma and a way to manipulate
Olivia to help split up Gus and whats her name?

Still, we saw Liv collapse all on her own. And she did her best to
evade the question about shortness of breath, which tells me Rick was on
the mark. No, I think she's really ill.

But will they give her a heart transplant?

Maybe the real question is, "Whose heart will it be?"

If she gets a new heart, there's no way it won't belong to someone we
know, although it could be anonymous now and be connected to some new
character later, like a reverse Jesse Blue.
