For that matter, there's a HUGE decrease in babies all together. You're
going to start hearing the schools crying in their gov't $$s because
their enrollment is in decline.
They're promoting 150 6th graders and welcoming in 90 kindergartners.

I really find that hard to believe - the media keeps telling us about the influx of illegal immigrants and that there are more babies being born every year and these kids go to school (with our tax paid second language teachers and duplicate textbooks in Spanish). Maybe that's just predominantly in particular states and areas of the big cities, but, they're telling us that the change is going to be felt nationally.
