Hi KC,

No I don't live in Branson, I live in AR rought 90 mins from there
depending
on how fast my husband drives. It took us 2 hours to drive up and the same
route back he made it in an 1h15mins. We went there specifically for the
ATWT stuff. He couldn't get off any earlier than friday afternoon so I
missed going to the tapings and the special taping at the Andy Williams
theater on Fri. I just got to go to the meet and greet. I told my husband
we
were going about 4 months ago. He really didn't have a choice and of
course
he was more than thrilled;) And I'm a few days away from 30. *cries*
Anything else just ask lol


Thanks for expounding. This confirms my feeling that the idea of
using Branson is lame. You are more of the target age and would have
driven anywhere reasonable close (your sweet husband may have a
different definition of reasonable, but hey!) to see the ATWT stars.

Branson isn't the draw (I'm interpreting that you didn't go see the
Baldknobbers Jamboree), the stars are. Branson is just what you had
to suffer through to get to the meet and greet.

Happy upcoming birthday. Don't sweat 30, just enjoy your day!

I was all excited by the hooplah that surrounded bringing the stars that
close and reasonable for people to get to however I too am wondering what
kind of storyline its really going to be. I'm actually enjoying the Chloe
thing. I wouldn't want that story forever but its interesting. I met and
talked briefly to Chris Goutman he seems really nice too.
My poor husband lol I can't see how he could complain about meeting the
girls though Elena talked to him a bit I was like see it wasn't that bad. I
really can't sing her praises high enough she was the most outgoing and
genuine and sweetest person my next fav would've been Van. Elena thought
our kids were cute especially our son. She repeated like 3 or 4 times how
cute he was . Poor girl has no idea lol
I have to say as far as Branson itself I didn't start to find anything I
liked til the 3rd and last day we were there. They have great shopping
places. The only thing we went to besides the meet and greet and out to eat
was the Titanic Museum because my husband is really into that. The
Baldknobbers thing just scares me lol We did have Yakov Smirnoff walk past
us at the Landing which is a huge mall like place on the water. I did really
enjoy that place.
Ty for the bday wishes. 12 more days eek lol I'll live. All my friends and
even older family members said 30 hit them the hardest then after that it
was smooth sailing.
