Well, we know Lily and Daniel's marriage's days are numbered. It's a
soap, after all, where nobody's marriage ever lasts forever,
especially when the characters are young. To keep writing new stories
with new relationships, it'll always be like that.

Yes. They married too young...so this downfall--esp. due to Daniel's
need to explore his sexual horizons--seems eminently real to me.

But I think what many of us are hoping for is some manner of
consequences for the Amber character, for all the mischief, deception,
fraud, vandalism, and countless other crimes she's committed. We don't
yet know what Cane is really up to, but otherwise, is there any more
villanous person on the show right now than Amber Moore?

Oh gosh...you're totally right, but I could not love Amber more. She
stirs the pot. Obviously, the main thrust is this porn story now/
Extreme Catwalk, but she wreaked havoc with Cane and tied him to the
Chancellors, and I loved how she mixed in with Colleen and Kevin to
steal JT's PDA...just because she was bored.

I love that! She causes mischief because it's fun. That doesn't make
her defensible or rootable (although she plays an undercurrent of
vulnerability--esp. knowing her B&B history--that stops me from hating
her)...but it means when she is on screen, my eyes are glued.

They haven't had a young vixen like this on the show since Phyllis or
Lauren (Brittany does NOT count)...so I'm in hog heaven.

I suppose Gloria would be sort of in the same league, but even despite
Gloria's homicide, somehow Amber is more infuriating to me! At least,
send her out of town, back to LA and that other soap where she
belongs!


At this point, Gloria gets less of my sympathy. She should be more
mature. AND SHE DOES NOT LEARN. Without fail, she uses drugs/
chemicals, lies/cheats, AND involves her sons in her scams--thereby
harming them. And she has never owned up to the damage she did to
them--but still keeps asking for more.
