Nice dig, Donna, but *I think* when Luke said we should apply the same
theory to the Rosie debate, he meant that that's precisely what
Elisabeth's stand on this was -- that it should be left to ROSIE to
characterize what she is saying and how and why, not HER (Elisabeth). I
don't think he was referring all of us here in this newsgroup exchanging
our opinions. Maybe Luke will clarify.

It wasn't a dig. I have no reason to try to get at you by dishing up a dig.
It's funny, ironic, etc. if one took it the way I did. That's all. To me 'a
dig' has a negative connotation & there is none there. Harmless humor, to
me.

Obviously, it's not if one took it the way you did. That reading of it never
occurred to me. That makes sense since it's not the way I see the issue with
Elisabeth and it is the way you see it. A question of framing.
