I had sent a message here on stop smoking with lasertherapy. My app
was May 1st. I cried for two days after that. Not from withdrawl
cause there is no pain there. Just because I missed my best friend.
Now it's better, Hope it lasts. Went for a chest X-ray and all is
fine.I used to smoke a pack and 1/2 a day. Breathing is better and
short of breath...well it's getting better. Guess the price was worth
it. When I see someone smoking outsde I have to be honest and say I
still envy them. Haven't gotten to a point of calling them loosers.

That's fabulous news!
Changing my habit-patterns helped me quit. Anything habitual in daily
routine that triggers the thought of a cigarette can be altered.
For example:
Coffee and talking on the phone were big triggers for me - so changing
to tea and hot chocolate, and a different phone location in the house
eased that intense association with lighting up. I also changed the
route I drove to work. It's really amazing how this can make a
difference.
Later when you are stronger you can change back to old ways if you
like because the association eventually subsides.
