Yo, Pidge, did you ever check to see why your settings on Agent are doing

OK, what am I missing here? Does Pidge's double "Re:" cause some sort
of problem?

Okay, I don't know what you're getting at, so I can't tell you what you're
missing. Obviously, when newsreaders don't work right, it causes problems or
potential problems. A newsreader that allows 'Re:'s to accumulate is an
obvious problem. It is in trying to avoid this problem that Micro$oft put out
such shoddy code in Outlook Express, etc. that those newsreaders strip out
subject line acronyms, etc. So, what is it I'm missing in your question? <G>
Help me out here.

I get it now; the extra "re:"s would build up to an annoying level and
the headers can get stripped. Yep, that's what I was looking for.

Otherwise, obviously, if your newsreader is performing weirdly, you want a
friend to let you know.

And that's what friends are for...
