If I'm remembering correctly, Colleen was born while Brad was trapped
in the cage, and didn't Traci divorce Brad during this time and take up
with Tim Sullivan? Or am I mixing things up?
In any event, what is CLEAR, is that Traci moved to New York with
Steve, taking her baby girl with her. Brad never made on-screen
visits, and in fact when Lyndsy Fonseca came on the show, there was
specific text about how Brad had let Steve serve as the dad, and had
kept his distance.
So, Brad seems as intent on fictionalizing his current family as he did
his family of origin.

I remember only one trip when he went to NY to see her when she was
about 7 or so, and Steve was her father figure totally. I had a good
laugh about the bicycle riding myself.

I recall some birthday party for her birthday (4th maybe?) that was
just Traci, Colleen and himself sitting around some table.
