Cathy Ireland's phone call was *embarrassing* to hear -- I felt bad
watching Liz listen to it!

"Laying on compliments with a trowel" is understating it, Diva -- it was
more like calling out the hook and ladder to make sure the BBQ lid is
closed! I'm not saying Ms. Taylor isn't wonderful, but even Liz rolled
her eyes and seemed embarrassed. Shame on Larry for letting Ms. Ireland
continue as long as she did. Why didn't he interrupt and ask Ms. Ireland
some specific questions about her role? Ms. Taylor used her stardom and
has devoted a lot of time, energy, and $$ to AIDS research, but she
isn't the ONLY one! To hear Ms. Ireland, you'd think Ms. Taylor parted
the Red Sea.
