They should go to Wisconsin. people on the Y&R are always kissing in
the Athletic Club or Crimson Lights and get compltely ignored.

Personally, I don't care for all that public kissing, from anyone,
especially in restaurants. :-)

Passionate kissing or other second date moves
Changing the baby's diaper [in the rest room is different]
combing your hair at the table in a restaurant or at the counter
Rearranging your underwear that's not in a store bag
Flossing of teeth or brushing of same
Scratching various parts of your anatomy
Spitting
My mom used to say, "if you wouldn't do it on tv or on the stage with everyone watching, don't do it in public." Of course, nowadays, there isn't much people won't do on tv.
I went to a very expensive restaurant in Maui. Course, most of them ARE very expensive. But this was incredibly expensive and some nut brought their four kids, the oldest was about 12, the youngest about 3. They were relatively well behaved for MacDonalds, but not for a place that is going to charge you 32 bucks for the cheapest thing on the menu. The three year old spent the evening crawling on the table and picking his nose. It was not what I would call the defining moment in elegant dining.
