Uh oh. Jack might not be the only thing that Carly loses in the wake
of her latest bad acts. Hal wants to take Parker away from Carly to
live with him permanantly.

How many times have they done this plot device?! This is such an
***-ish thing for Hal to do, just like it was the 15 million other
times he's done it. GMAB!

I guess I'm tired of everyone saying that 'Carly may do rotten things,
but she's such a good mother' when there's no evidence of her being
such a thing. Frankly, I think her influence on the child, especially
Parker, who's old enough to see and understand her actions is not a
positive one. The way Hal sees it, I'd bet, Carly breaks laws to get
what she wants and will destroy the lives of anyone who dares get in
her way. This last escapade was her worst. Maybe, like Tom with
Emily concerning Daniel, this was the last straw. I'm not saying that
Carly should lose custody, but what's wrong with spending more time

with his father, who's a bascially level headed guy?

What? He gets every case wrong by jumping to conclusions, and he yells
and
screams at the people that were right, and then he never apologizes or
admits
he was wrong.

I like the character and especially the actor, but level headed is not a
term
that would occur to me. ;-) His fuse is about a millimeter long.

The only problem
is if Parker goes to stay with Hal, who's gonna watch him? We know
Hal's job is demanding and he's always at work. Carly was a stay (
stray)at
home mom. Realistically, it's not good for Parker, who'd spend more
time with the nanny/babysittting or Gwen and Will than his father.
Parker probably should continue living with Carly, but Hal should make
more of an effort to be part of his son's life. That's probably what
is best.

Anthony

Agreed with all of that.
