Outlaw isn't a program. He/she is the person that Jennifer was responding
to. I use Outlook Express as my newsreader. It has it's own problems
though such as stripping anything preceeding the : which is usually the
Y&R
part of the subject line and which (if you forget to stick it back in when
you reply) creates a whole 'nuther bitchfest. ;-) I'm not the best person
to recommend a newsreader though I've heard enough complaints about Google
to know it's not a good one and best used as a last resort.

I use Outlook Express and my subject lines stay intact - I use reply to all
and everything works great
