~ You've got the 50-something son, the 40-something daughter,
occasionally the son's ex-wife and her almost grown son (Phyll and
Daniel) staying there, the ex-housekeeper (Mamie) is stashed away
somewhere living on the premises and there's always room for extended
visits from Traci, Colleen, Gina, and just about everybody else in GC
whose
last name isn't Newman. ~

Mamie fell forJohn Abbott then somehow gotentangled with Jill then took
off with a chunk of cash of Jill's blackmail money went on a cruise and
never returned.
That's about when the Abbotts broke up and were rarely shown for a few
years until Eileen Davidson returned.

We have seen a sign of a Chinese whatever who handles John's clothing
to the cleaners but she's not no Mamie.
