Yeah, I think there are areas where they can be used & areas where they
cannot! I recall one soap, ... maybe it was ATWT, doing lines where the
character said they knew they weren't supposed to use their cell phone but,
... and then they made their call. <G>


I noticed on Y&R the other day, everyone made phone calls from pay phones.
