I couldn't disagree more with 99% of your post.

Someone who had something to hide. Someone who had left his wife high and
dry. Someone who had just run out on someone he professed to love. Someone
who came to town to steal an inheritance. Someone who has consistently lied
about every aspect of his life since coming to town. Makes perfect sense to
me that this is just one more case of Sandy lying.

State lines. They probably contacted the Springfield PD to let them know
they were coming. Now I think that most instances IRL, they would merely
contact the local authorities and get the warrant served that way. But it
didn't bother me. What is bugging the heck out of me is Sandy calling
Jeffrey "Jeff" all the time. WTF? I still think there is going to be some
connection there.

This is the 1% that I agree with. Didn't like that story and frankly think
Hope would be better off placed for adoption than with any one of the adults
who professed to love her.

I assume you mean the fact that they are half-cousins. And I also assume
you've ready ad nauseum the posts reminding us all that marriage of FULL
first cousins is legal in over half the states. It happens. Family members
marry all the time - look at any royal line in Europe and find one that
doesn't have some form of inbreeding - some distant and some not so distant.
I was thinking yesterday as I watched that GL has a genuine couple on their
hands. And I almost think they may have lucked into it. But as I watched
GL and then watched my tape of ATWT with Gwen and Will, I thought that both
my shows have young couples who I have invested in and can't wait to follow
their stories. My biggest fear - particularly with GL - is that Pelfrey is
clearly destined for so much bigger than daytime TV. I just plan to enjoy
the ride as long as it lasts.
My mother in her 80ies won't watch GL any more

Well that's unfortunate because I find GL to be the best it has been since
the early 1990s.

All of those were great.

Good luck finding anything better. It's not out there.
