OT:new series: Mad Men

Beginning Thursday on ABC at 10pm a series
about New York in 1960, when ad men were in charge. I saw a short
segment --the look is really authentic-hair and clothing stylss to
everyone smoking. A big advertising agency, and the men and women who
work there--a generation who came of age near the end of WW2. Assuming
the series is a winner, we should see how they react, and adapt to , the
upheaval, and social changes of the 1960s
