Yeserday's episode was a lot better than the usual tripe we have been
served. Zach's confrontation with Greenlee was wonderfully acted. Zach
is totally cool and rational dealing with Greenlee's combination of
neediness and bitchiness. I loved her. "not too much" comment to
busybody Di and Babe and his sarcastic repeating it to her.
Sure it's a little silly that she got Simone's shares but the scenes
work.
Ditto Adam and KWAK. Solid acting and writing from both. Colby's new
personality- sweet and innocent compared to sexpot Ava is an
improvement as well. The teen bitch on wheels act was horrid and hard
to watch.
My question- is this storyline Megan McTavish's general plan that the
new writers are following or is this the new writers taking the show
in a new direction? The story now seems character driven as Kendal,
Greenlee and Zach deal with the creation of Spike , a story that sort
of just ended when Greenlee left town and we got distracted with
Kendall's annoying coma and Greg Madden's abduction and murder.

I agree that AMC is getting better. I also like Colby's new
personality. I thought it would be hard to get used to a new Greenlee,
but the new one is fitting in great.
Another nice suprise is there has been more of Opal over the past few
weeks. Now if they can bring back Brooke and David Haywrd (whenever he
leaves Y&R), they might be able to turn AMC around in the right
direction.
