A month or so ago, i posted something here, a spoiler i got from a
website devoted to OLTL, or soaps in general. I forgot which, but
they mentioned that one of Viki's daughters would become very ill, and
would require a bone marrow transplant. It also said that Vincent
Jones would be the one "family member" who would come to the rescue
and save the daughter's life. Since Cain Killed Abel, Vincent has
been close to Natalie. I was assuming it was Natalie who was going to
be sick with, what i assumed was Leukemia or Hodgkin's disease or
whatever disease TIIC are giving Jessica. Now i see it's Jessica is
the one who is sick, and the truth will soon come out that Jessica and
Vincent are related, not Natalie. It's a good thing, because if they
did find out they are related, they would have to think about the kiss
that they shared last year, which would make ANYONE sick, knowing that
they passionately gave their blood relative a smooch. LOL
This storyline is a very interesting scenario. What will it do
regarding Nash and Antonio?
How exactly are....no better yet, how exactly COULD Jessica and
Vincent be related? Vincent isn't related to either Jessica **or**
Natalie.

Jessica has Hepatitis-C. It seems that while she was Tess, she was
shooting up Heroin and contracted it that way. As a result, she's
said to be going to have liver cancer.- Hide quoted text -

well the website said that vincent helps save her life. Could he have
been fathered by Mitch Lawrence?
If they end up needing a close relative for medical reasons, wouldn't Miles
make sense?

Maybe TIIC will make it so Miles' liver is damaged, and Vincent's is
in good shape. Don't know what will happen in this storyline. Liver
cancer is VERY hard to beat, but this IS a soap, where characters come
back from being literally dead, so anything is possible. Should we
all be worried about ANYONE on a soap in this day and age?

I'm seeing a liver transplant in the future--they can take half of Vincent's and give it to Jessica.

" Where Does a Liver for a Transplant Come From?

There are two types of liver transplantation options: living donor transplantation and deceased donor transplantation.

* Living donor.

Living donor liver transplants are an option for some patients with end-stage liver disease. This involves removing a segment of liver from a healthy living donor and implanting it into a recipient. Both the donor and recipient liver segments will grow to normal size in a few weeks.

The donor, who may be a blood relative, spouse or friend, will have extensive medical and psychological evaluations to ensure the lowest possible risk. Blood type and body size are critical factors in determining who is an appropriate donor.

Recipients for the living donor transplantation must be active on the transplant waiting list. Their health must also be stable enough to undergo transplantation with excellent chances of success."
