Dear Susan, I think you showed your love for your mother, by having her
near you, at home. I lost my mom 8 years ago, to the same disease, just
before her 90th birthday. She had been in a nursing home for several
years. Although I visited often, it just wasn't the same as being home
with loved ones. I shall always regret that I didn't make that extra
effort to keep her close. You will have only comfort and joy in your
heart when you look back on these years--and you will, often.
