OK, so Anna is Aiden's aunt. He's a Devane. Cool. I like the Devanes,
even if Aiden's poorly written. But the AMC Laverys - RyTard, Erin and
Jonathan - they aren't in any way related to Anna's former husband Duke
Lavery (who's now morphed into Dr. Greg Madden, amazingly enough -
widow's peak and all)? It's just an odd last name choice for the
characters, that's all. Probably coincidence but I've always wondered.
I mean, now that Skye has made the ABC Daytime circuit all bets on
who's related to whom are off.

Ok, we're not supposed to still remember this, but --

It was addressed back when Anna was still in PV. At the time,
Anna discussed it with Ryan. I'm pretty sure they determined
that there was no relation when Ryan told her that Lavery was, in
fact, his mother's maiden name. Ryan's real name is John Ryan
Curry, and he took the name Lavery because he hated his
abusive father so much.

Of course, now that same abusive jerk is known far and wide
as "Patrick Lavery," and Jonathan and Erin are both also now
Laverys. (Braden, AFAIK, is still Just Braden. Or Just Dead
Braden. Whatever.) So the answer to your question is twofold:
(1.) No, they're not related, and (2.) Since we're supposed to
have forgotten that entire chunk of history like the writers did,
who knows?
