certainly, but why have a head writer doing grunt work for another show?
The speculation I've read is that for whatever reason "they" can't get
her out of her current contract so "they're" going to let her finish it
out as a lower level writer at OLTL. That would stop the hemorrhaging at
AMC in terms of fan disgust (and some actor disgust too, supposedly) and
minimize the damage she could do at OLTL. <<

Interesting, and it sounds like the way to get someone to resign - you know,
if she maybe thinks that it's such an obvious demotion, she might rather just
not be there than come into the office every day, hanging her head in shame
that she's only a mere writer now.
