As I've said in other posts, I think the "break-up" of Sonny and Jason
has the potential to be a great story with ramifications affecting a
lot of people. Sonny is being a complete ass in his treatment of
Jason. In no way does Jason deserve that treatment - arguably Jason is
the better "businessman" because he's usually less emotional.
I would love to see Jason become Sonny's rival - at least for a while.
Who would Sonny get as his "muscle"? Manny? I suspect all of Sonny's
*people* would side with Jason.

obsessed with Emily being hurt by Sonny is coming out of nowhere. Nor
did
Jason worry about marrying Sonny's sister, so why is he worried about a
liaison between his own sister and Sonny? "
No, I get Jason's concern because he's always been close with and
protective of Emily even immediately after the accident. I don't think
his concern is about Sonny's beig a mobster. I think he's worried
about Sonny's mental instability (you know the manic-depression that no
one wants to call manic-depression). He's afraid that in one of
Sonny's darkest moments he will hurt Emily - physically, emotionally or
both.
