Let's see... we have hypocritical Ryan doing yet ANOTHER illegal act
(the last one of magnitude was at the Mardi Gras ball taking off the
lights to THE ENTIRE CITY... children at home with medical equipment
needs be damned!) breaking into confidential medical files to combat the
"disgustingly wrong illegal act/how dare he?!" act Greg Madden might be
up to. Seeing a double standard there, Ryan?

Actually, doesn't HIPAA only apply to medical personnel? I mean,
"civilians" aren't bound by it like meds are, are they?

that being said I think Nurse HooHoo is WAY more at fault than Rye-boi. <<

While it's true that Ryan wouldn't be bound by the constraints of HIPAA -
only HooHooHoolia would - there's still got to be some kind of law about
reading confidential information that you're simply not privy to! Otherwise,
people could walk into the hospital anytime, and pull up whatever information
they wanted...like Tad has, and David has, and Jake has, and Erica has, and
probably any number of other PV residents. :-p
