My freshman year in college, we'd use Knights in White Satin to fall
asleep by. To this day, if it comes on the radio while I'm driving, I
have to change the station or I get sleepy. (And yes, I still have the
vinyl album.)

I would always fall asleep after dinner to Zanzibar by Billy Joel. Put it on, and I'd be snoozing by the time the trumpet solo started.
