You said it. GH has some of the best actors on daytime (and some that are
just coasting), but the writing is horrible.

Did you hear that speech Sonny made to Reese on Thursday's show when she was
trying to talk him into letting Michael give himself up to the police? Sonny
was going on and on about how bad it is to be arrested...how humiliating to
be handcuffed in front of those who were just beginning to respect you
(i.e., that you've intimidated into "respecting" you), how much it hurts to
be taken to the police station and be booked and fingerprinted, how awful to
be thrown into a cell. Well, WAH, WAH, WAH!!!!! Poor, poor Sonny!!!

Reese stood there and said she was sorry that it had been so humiliating and
hurtful, but I was thinking, "Hey, you jerk! If you don't want to go through
all that, don't be a freaking CRIMINAL!!!!"

Really, are we supposed to feel sorry for Sonny that he's been arrested and
thrown in jail from time to time? Because I DON'T!
